Co-operations and Cluster:

The Dresden Fab Automation Cluster (DFAC) was founded by Roth & Rau - Ortner GmbH, AIS Automation Dresden GmbH, HAP GmbH and SYSTEMA. It is a strong community of these four companies and it has become an annual tradition for the semiconductor automation network. Every year about 150 guests from Germany, Europe, USA and Asia are expected to hear about new innovations and information about Fab Automation for semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturing.

SolarCore is a new network of enterprises and research organizations with the objective to develop solutions for significant cost reduction in photovoltaic production. The network aims on optimization of production control, modul reliability, emission control and energy efficiency as well on automation-friendly cell packaging and cost-effective data management.

Open APC Foundation is a nonprofit organization of companies, independent experts and users who are establishing, supporting and guiding a community for developing openAPC (Advanced Process Control) solutions and to accelerate the introduction of new APC methods. The key target of the foundation is to increase the usage and distribution of modern APC technologies by lowering the barriers to implement it.

The RFID SAXONY Team consists of companies out of Saxony, with long term experience in projects with RFID Technology. – Goal of the RFID Commodity Team is a close Teamwork between the manufacturers of RFID transponders & antennas, IT-System integrators and manufacturers of automation solutions to support manufacturing lines.
